Man who was convicted 136 times for various offenses, arrested again

A Petah Tikva resident who was convicted 136 times for various offenses, was arrested once more on Sunday.
In the latest incident, Gavriel Shravi, 57, was detained by police on suspicion that he stole cell phones from a Tel Aviv beach.
Of his 136 convictions, 83 of them are related to theft.
