Attorney-General Menachem Mazuz confirmed at the Knesset House Committee meeting on Wednesday morning that he was considering filing an indictment against President Moshe Katsav.
Mazuz told the committee that due to constraints of the president's defense attorney's office, Katsav's first hearing would be held on May 2, 2007, meaning the committee would have to extend the president's temporary suspension by another three months.
