Attorney-General Menahem mazuz decided Sunday not to open a criminal investigation against Prime Minister Ehud Olmert regarding his allegedly illegal acquisition of several vintage fountain pens.
The decision came after an initial police investigation into the subject, in which police claimed that there was no body of evidence indicating a criminal offense, and therefore the case must be closed.
