Men accused of murder released for house arrest

The Tel Aviv District Court released Tuesday morning two men suspected of murder to house arrest. According to the indictment, the two brothers, Rafi and Moshe Ohand, have been linked with a widespread crime family and are charged with ordering the murder of a man they were in dispute with. A case of mistaken identity led to the murder of a different man. The District Court accepted the High Court's recommendation to release the two to house arrest. During the hearing, the prosecutor emphasized the danger the brothers still posed to society. This release comes a day after an additional release to house arrest of two men charged with the murder of an adolescent girl.
