Mentally ill man dies after stabbing parents, self

A mentally ill Ashdod resident stabbed and lightly wounded his parents on Tuesday afternoon, then fled to the roof of his home, where he stabbed himself.
Despite extensive resuscitation attempts, the man succumbed to his wound, Zaka reported.
