Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz was holding consultations with the IDF brass in Tel Aviv Sunday evening on the two shooting deadly shooting attacks that killed three Israelis.
The attack came as Mofaz was hosting a group of children from Sderot, the Western Negev and former Gush Katif communities at the Defense Ministry's communal succa.
The last attack shooting attack in the West Bank was in June when Palestinian gunmen killed two Israeli teen-agers near Beit Haggi in the Hebron region.
The shooting came after the IDF and security forces have rounded up nearly 500 suspected terrorists in the West Bank over the past three weeks.
