Defense Minister Shaul Mofaz instructed the security establishment to be on heightened alert during the next week, due to fear that terror organizations would try to sabotage Yitzhak Rabin memorial ceremonies. Mofaz estimated the terror groups would try to attack while international political leaders were in Israel for the tenth anniversary of Rabin's assassination, Army Radio reported. Meanwhile, restrictions on Palestinians were eased on Thursday, allowing more workers to enter Israel and more merchandise to pass through checkpoints.
