Mofaz: We cannot allow weapons into ME that will upset balance in region

Transportation Minister Shaul Mofaz said Friday that Israel could not allow the introduction of weapons into the Middle East which would upset the balance and stability in the region.
"Syria and our other regional neighbors are continuing to take steps which directly threaten Israel and they will continue to do so as long as they believe Israel is weak," said Mofaz, Israel Radio reported.
