An elite Border Police force shot a fugitive during an operation in Nablus on Tuesday morning.
The force was raiding a building in the Rafidia neighborhood in Nablus when the fugitive tried to escape the building and was shot.
During the operation, a Fatah operative and two of his accomplices were arrested. Border Police troops suffered no casualties.
