An IDF elite unit arrested a Fatah fugitive in the Beit Ilma refugee camp near Nablus.
During the operation, one of the fugitive's relatives, a young girl, was seriously wounded.
IDF paramedics treated the girl at the scene.
The fugitive was detained by the by the Shin Bet (Israel Security Agency) for interrogation.
