Naveh: We expect more violence than disengagement

Israeli security forces are prepared for violence during the evacuation of the Jewish settler outpost of Amona in the central West Bank, an Israeli commander said. "Will there be violence of the level of the disengagement? I am afraid there will be more," said Maj. Gen. Yair Naveh, commander of army forces in the West Bank. "Are we preparing for extreme situations? The answer is yes." The security forces include special troops armed with clubs and helmets and expect to make a large number of arrests, Isarel Radio reported.
