Likud Chairman Binyamin Netanyahu and his Likud rival, MK Silvan Shalom, concluded their meeting Wednesday morning over the guidelines for the Likud primary without agreement.
Israel Radio reported that Shalom preferred that the primary be held in four months time, while Netanyahu wanted it before the festivals, which start in September.
