Right-wing activist Noam Federman was indicted on Sunday for incitement to violence and terrorism.
The indictment refers to hinted and explicit anti-Arab statements that Federman made on his radio show "Federman uncensored," as well as in interviews on Haim Yavin's "Settler Country."
Federman was active in resisting August's disengagement from Gaza. Although he lives in Kiryat Arba, he holed himself up with dozens of other activists in the Shirat Hayam Hotel in the Gaza Strip in an attempt to foil the government's plan.
