Watchdog organization Ometz called for Justice Minister Haim Ramon and MK Tzahi Hanegbi (Likud) to resign immediately from their posts and not to petition the High Court, Israel Radio reported Thursday.
Police on Wednesday recommended prosecuting Ramon for allegedly sexually harassing a young woman last month.
Hanegbi was indicted the same day on charges that included fraud, breach of trust, and election bribery, in the context of political appointments he allegedly made to the Environment Ministry in 2001 and 2003.
