An outstanding soldier in the Caracal Battalion reported that she became the victim of abuse by other soldiers in her unit after they discovered that she was a lesbian.
The soldier's personal items were thrown out of her room and she was told that she "had no idea how much [they] hated her and wished she were dead."
The military police were investigating the allegations, Israel Radio reported.
