More than 200 olive trees were uprooted and burnt overnight near the Palestinian village of Salem in the Nablus region, several days ahead of the start of the olive harvest. Samaria Police launched an investigation into the vandalism, Israel Radio reported. Police surmise that radical settlers may have destroyed the trees to avenge Monday's terror attack in Gush Etzion.
