Palestinian Authority Information Minister Riad al-Malki said Monday that the PA was willing to oversee the security of all West Bank cities under several set conditions: an Israeli withdrawal from the West Bank, an agreement with Israel to allow for the deployment of Palestinian security forces throughout agreed areas, and a solution to the amnesty of terror suspects wanted by Israel.
Malki told reporters during a press conference in Ramallah that Palestinian security forces had uncovered large amounts of explosive materials and weapons, and had disarmed groups who planned to disrupt security in the Palestinian street, Israel Radio reported.
