Hebron police are investigating a complaint filed by a Palestinian man on Wednesday who claims his 14-year-old son was shot by passengers of a passing car on Tuesday.
The boy, a Tekoa resident, was hospitalized with gun wounds following the alleged incident.
The boy's father said that the shots were fired after rocks were thrown at the car.
It was unclear whether the boy was involved in the rock-throwing incident.
