Police in Hadera arrested a 30-year-old Palestinian resident of Tulkarm on Tuesday on suspicion of attempting to obtain an Israeli identity document under a false identity from the city's Interior Ministry Office.
Police said that the man had been forbidden from entering Israel for security reasons.
