Shots were fired Monday night at an IDF outpost north of Ramallah by a passing Palestinian car. The soldiers returned fire and seriously wounded a Palestinian passerby, who had no relation to the Palestinian shooters. None of the IDF troops were wounded. The pedestrian was evacuated to a Ramallah hospital, Israel Radio reported.
