Palestinians carrying firebombs caught near J'lem

Two Palestinian men carrying seven firebombs were caught Sunday by border police at the separation barrier on the outskirts of the southeastern Jerusalem neighborhood of Har Homa, police said. The two suspects told police interrogators that they planned to hurl the ready-to-use Molotov cocktails at Border Police, Jerusalem police spokesman Shmuel Ben-Ruby said. The outlying Jerusalem neighborhood lies adjacent to the West Bank city of Bethlehem, and abuts several Arab villages in the area.
