Palestinians: IDF troops clash with gunmen in central Gaza

IDF troops clashed with gunmen in central Gaza on Tuesday night, Palestinians reported.
Eyewitnesses said that Hamas operatives opened fire toward the soldiers who had entered the territory accompanied by armored vehicles.
The IDF said that it was a routine counter-terror operation rather than a major incursion into the Strip.
