Palestinian sources claimed an armed Islamic Jihad member was killed by IDF troops Thursday overnight near Khan-Yunis, in the southern part of the Gaza Strip, Israel Radio reported. The military said that during a fire exchange in the area the unit shot and hit a Palestinian gunman.
