Peres: PA allows extremist like Mashaal to lead it

As IDF troops were already taking up positions in Gaza, Vice Premier Shimon Peres blasted the Palestinian leadership on CNN Wednesday morning, which "Allows an extremist like Khaled Mashaal to decide its future."
Regarding the military operation Peres said, "The goal was the release of Gilad Shalit, but also aimed at preventing small groups of terrorists from continuing to attack Israel."
