Defense Minister Amir Peretz ordered the IDF to begin preparing to evacuate the contentious home in Hebron, which was taken over by settlers on March 20.
Peretz's office said the decision was made after Attorney General Menahem Mazuz issued a legal opinion determining that the Jewish occupation of the building was illegal.
