A spokesman for the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine said Tuesday that the political crisis in Israel sparked by the release of the Winograd report on the Second Lebanon War had held up a prisoner exchange deal for captive IDF Cpl. Gilad Schalit.
According to the spokesman, there would be no breakthrough on the Schalit issue with this government.
