Plea bargains to be signed in 'Beni Hadayag' case

Plea bargains will be signed with the defendants in the murder case that came to be known as the Beni Hadayag case, it has come to light Tuesday. The case dates back to July 2005, when Jaffa resident Khader Daka was murdered after having served as a mediator in a financial dispute between the owners of the Jaffa fish restaurant "Beni Hadayag" and a Gaza based fishmonger.
