PMO: Olmert to undergo 'routine' test for cancer treatment

Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's office said that the prime minister will undergo a "routine" test on Monday evening as part of his treatment for prostate cancer. In a statement Monday, Olmert's office said the two-hour test would monitor the tumor. The 62-year-old Olmert announced last October that he had cancer. At the time, he said the growth was not life-threatening and would be removed in surgery. Olmert has not yet had the operation.
