The IDF and Jerusalem Police increased their presence Tuesday evening in Jerusalem and in the greater Jerusalem area.
Forces have been boosted at checkpoints between Jerusalem and Ramallah, Bethlehem and Jerusalem, and in a number of other checkpoints around the city.
According to reports, the increase in forces is due to terror alerts in the region.
