Police arrested four Betar fans on Sunday evening outside the Ramat Gan stadium for allegedly disturbing the peace.
Thousands of fans, banned from the evening's match by an IFA decree following a soccer crush last Sunday at Teddy Stadium that left two young fans injured, made their way to Ramat Gan in order to welcome their team's bus.
