Immigration police in Eilat, working on a request from the American FBI, arrested a wanted sex offender Sunday afternoon.
The suspect, who faces several charges against him in the United States, has reportedly lived in Israel for a long time, and lived in Eilat for a number of months prior to his arrest.
Israel police reportedly plan on turning the suspect over to US authorities to face trial in the United States.
