Yiftach District Police were investigating on Sunday night the circumstances behind the serious injury of a 78-year-old Jaffa resident found lying in the courtyard of the building in which he lived.
A MDA team evacuated the man in serious condition to Tel Aviv's Ichilov Hospital. An initial investigation indicated the man's injuries were consistent with a fall from a height. Police were uncertain as to whether the man fell or jumped.
