Police want to indict four directors of Israel Railways on charges of causing death by negligence of seven people in a train collision near Kibbutz Revadim in June.
Investigators were able to obtain eyewitness accounts of the accident caused by the Eliyahu Brothers truck driver who crashed into the train’s engine at the railway tracks, Army Radio reported.
The investigation’s findings were transferred to the Justice Ministry, which will decide whether to bring those involved to trial.
