Police recommend indicting CEO of Israel Railways

Police recommended Thursday that CEO of Israel Railways, Opher Linchevski, along with senior employees at Israel Railways and the driver of a vehicle that caused the deadly accident at Beit Yehoshua Junction in December 2006 be indicted for their part in the incident. A Central District Police spokesperson said the findings from the investigation have been passed on to the prosecution. Five people were killed and 70 were injured in the accident.
