Police were looking into the possibility on Wednesday that the fatal car accident that killed a Holon resident late Tuesday night was a criminal act.
The man was originally thought to have died when his car collided with two other vehicles in his home town.
However, an inspection of the body revealed that he had been shot in the head first.
Police plan to request a gag order on the case.
