Police on Tuesday were set to investigate what caused a gas canister to explode at an Abu Tor falafel stand the previous night and seriously injure two people.
A fire broke out as a result of the blast in the Jerusalem neighborhood and firefighters extinguished the flames.
The casualties were evacuated to the capital's Hadassa Ein Kerem Hospital.
