Police to raise level of alert in Jerusalem ahead of President's Conference

Police will raise its level of alert to level 3 Monday, Israel Radio reported.
The raised alertness comes as a preparation for the President's Conference, scheduled to take place in Jerusalem, Tuesday.
Serious traffic disruptions are expected in Jerusalem ahead of the conference and during its course.
