Police: Victims in bulldozer attack were killed before terrorist was shot

All three Israelis killed in last week's bulldozer attack were run over before the first shots were fired by a female Jerusalem police officer which wounded the assailant, Jerusalem police said late Thursday. They added that the fast reaction of security officials stopped further carnage. The conclusion of the police investigation counters complaints by family members of one of the victims that had a second male Jerusalem police officer who mounted the bulldozer verified that the attacker was dead by shooting him, he could have averted one of the deaths in the Jerusalem attack.
