A poll published Thursday morning gave the Labor party 21 mandates. This was the first poll in weeks that allowed Labor more than 20.
According to the poll, conducted by the Geocartographic Institute, Kadima has lost one mandate, bringing that party's total to 40, while the Likud has slipped to 14 mandates.
