Prison Service plans wing for prisoners who aren't allowed phone privileges

The Israel Prison Service plans to establish a special wing to house prisoners who are not permitted to conduct telephone conversations from prison, Army Radio reported Wednesday.
According to the IPS, there have been several instances of prisoners who exploited their phone privileges in order to run illegal business deals while incarcerated.
