One Palestinian gunman was killed in an exchange of fire between gunmen and IDF forces operating in Ramallah late Thursday.
According to the army, the troops returned fire and identified hitting one of the gunmen.
Palestinian sources reported that the gunman was killed in the firefight.
No soldiers were wounded.
