The Environmental Protection Ministry allowed workers from the Ramat Hovav industrial area to return to work following an explosion at a local factory that generated a phosphorous cloud over the area.
The workers were permitted to remove their protective suits and masks.
The ministry, along with the Industry, Trade and Labor Ministry, will investigate the incident.
