Ramon: Chances of Olmert's replacement forming new coalition very low

The chance of Prime Minister Ehud Olmert's replacement being able to form a new coalition after the Kadima primary in September is very low, Vice Premier Haim Ramon told Army Radio on Thursday morning.
Ramon's comments came after the prime minister announced on Wednesday that he would resign after Kadima elects a new leader in the faction's September 17th primary.
