Former justice minister Haim Ramon regrets kissing the 20-year-old female soldier whose lawsuit resulted in his sexual harassment conviction, he told Channel 2 on Wednesday in an interview at a ranch in Tel Mond, where he is serving his sentence of 120 hours of community service.
Ramon said he enjoyed working at the ranch and that he would continue volunteering there after he completed his service. He gave no hints about his future.
"First I have to finish my work here, which gives joy to children," Ramon said. "Everything else we will deal with at a different time and different place. I am sorry about what happened and I am looking forward."
Asked whether he missed politics, Ramon said: "Yes and no. Much more no than yes."

Channel 2 reported that "a top Kadima official who wants to succeed Olmert" had invited him to a meeting. Foreign Minister Tzipi Livni's spokesman could not be reached for comment.
A Smith Research poll sponsored by a coalition of women's organizations found that 74 percent of Israelis do not believe that a convicted sexual harasser should be allowed to serve in a senior public office.
