Report: IDF arrest top Islamic Jihad man in Rafiah

Palestinian sources in the Gaza Strip reported Wednesday that IDF special forces had arrested a prominent Islamic Jihad operative in Rafiah.
According to the report, the IDF forces laid a trap for Sallakh Bahalul, 40, luring him closer to the security fence, where he was arrested.
