The IDF killed a Palestinian and wounded four others on Monday morning in the northern Gaza town of Beit Lahiya, Palestinian sources reported. The sources identified the fatality as Mahmoud Ashrafi, 17.
The IDF said that soldiers identified a Kassam rocket launching cell that was planning to move rocket launchers from the area where two rockets were fired towards Sderot the previous day. The army reported that troops opened fire on the cell, identifying a hit.
