Palestinian sources said on Sunday morning that a few more months were needed to reach a deal to secure the release of captured IDF soldier Cpl. Gilad Shalit.
However, London-based Arabic newspaper, Al-Sharq al-Awsat, reported that talks over Shalit's release were on the verge of collapse because Israel was insisting on choosing the names of Palestinian prisoners that would be freed in an exchange.
