Ze'ev Rosenstein, convicted Monday for conspiracy to commit a crime, will serve the three year sentence for this offense concurrently with a 12 year sentence he has been given for trafficking in controlled substances.
The court's decision effectively means Rosenstein will not serve additional time over his imprisonment for dealing drugs.
