Rosh Ha'ayin resident charged with killing his brother

A Rosh Ha'ayin resident on Wednesday was charged with killing his older brother approximately three weeks ago. According to evidence, the man arrived at his brother's apartment in order to drink alcohol and eventually beat him to death.
