Sakhnin man indicted on suspicion of trying to murder his 2 kids

A 37-year-old Sakhnin man was indicted Tuesday on suspicion of trying to murder his two ten-year-old sons. The indictment, served in the Haifa District Court, states that the suspect drove his wife to work and returned to supervise the children. However, after the children disturbed his rest, the man gave the boys an overdose of pills. Some time later, when he saw that one of his sons was still awake, the father allegedly hit him and strangled him until he lost consciousness.
